Davao City – For the diet conscious, desserts are sinful because it makes them fat. But worry no more because Yoh Froz has a guilt-free dessert alternative for you! Frozen yoghurt is the claim to fame of Yoh Froz and it’s nice to know that in the Philippines, they’ve reached as far as Davao City.

During the DFAT 2012, we indulged in different Yoh Froz products.  Yoh Froz  ( a Yoh-gurt FRoz company) takes pride in being the first frozen yogurt shop in the Philippines.  They serve ice-cream-like products that come in a variety of flavors and styles.

Yoh Froz Products

We’re able to try Yoh Froz on a stick that looks pretty much like ice cream bars! These Frozen Yoh-gurt Bar comes in a variety of flavor and they even have the chocolate coated bar and pinipig-styled bar! The Yog-hurt Parfait is a cup of plain frozen yogurt loaded with fresh fruits, nuts and granola clusters.  The Froz on the other hand is 98% fat-free, no cholesterol, low-calorie with prebiotic and probiotic and you can top it with fresh fruits, cheesecake, and cereals and mochi!  Yes, Yoh Froz also boasts of Frozen Yoh-gurt Mochi! This chewy and delicate Japanese mochi is made of sticky rice and filled with The Froz.  They also serve Belgian Waffle, basically the honeycomb-patterned waffles are topped with plain frozen yogurt and adorned with fruits and nuts. For those addicted to fruit shakes, they also serve Yoh-gurt Smoothies that comes in different flavors. And of course, if you can’t get enough of Yoh Froz treats, you can take them home via the Take-Way Tubs!

Why Yoh Froz is Healthy?

Do Your Health a Favor is the philosophy of Yoh Froz. In fact the healthy benefits of eating frozen yogurt are listed on the walls of Yoh Froz in Davao City. Yogurt promotes good intestinal movement, a healing food for diarrhea, and because it is rich in probiotic, it promotes the growth of good bacteria in the colon.

Yoghurt is also an excellent source of calcium and protein. It reduces bad cholesterol and minimizes the ill effects of antibiotics on good bacteria.
