Just in time after my long-term travel around the Philippines, I received a good news in my inbox. Along with some of my travel blogger friends, I was invited by Tourism Malaysia via the inaugural flight of Zest Air to Kuala Lumpur!
Our task is to discover beyond the usual tourist attractions in Malaysia besides the routinely itineraries in Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, and Georgetown. The challenge is to travel in a budget because Malaysia is promoting itself as a budget tourist destination – no fixed itineraries but researching about the assigned place won’t hurt. I ended up blissfully with Pahang.

Zest Air was very ecstatic with the inaugural flight, they prepared a program, and snacks were served at Terminal 4. Everything went well until a glitch on the Bureau of Immigration came up. After a while we were all transferred to Terminal 3. Thankfully, Zest Air managed to fly and arrive in Kuala Lumpur before midnight. Tourism Malaysia and the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur patiently waited for us.
Zest Airnow fly 4 times a week to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Goodie as I’m planning to go to Nepal via KL. I was hoping they’d have lower rates as CebuPac. I just checked and it seems they’re the same.
Travel up the east coast rail line to the Thai Border from Gemas.
Its called the jungle railway… not much jungle left but it is a great train ride.
thanks for the tip Dave!
