Another reason to tour Baguio this February is the country’s grandest flower festival – the Panagbenga 2013. This year’s theme is ” A Blooming Odyssey” and do watch out for the highlight of the event on February 23 - the Grand Street Dancing Parade and the Grand Float Parade on the 24th which will both take place at the Panagbenga Park to Burnham Park.

How to get to Baguio for the Panagbenga 2013:
Ride a Victory Bus from Pasay, Cubao, or Sampaloc terminal. Check out their official website for trip schedules http://www.victoryliner.com/schedules/. Fare is roughly Php 450, travel time is 6-7 hours depending on traffic. Other bus lines are Dagupan Bus and Genesis Transport.
