The only thing I noticed in the resort is the lack of gym and activity center and the lack of  door that leads directly to Koi Restaurant.  Because if you have kids, you don’t want your kids to witness the gaming or breath the smoke inside the casino when you pass by to head to the well-designed restaurant. To answer the need for an activity center, as part of it’s development plan, Thunderbird Resort Rizal is in the works of building the first state-of-the-art Event center in Rizal,so better watch out for that!

And what’s the best thing I like about Thunderbird Resort- Rizal?  The resort is focused on protecting the environment by establishing best sustainable environmental practices, both within resort operations and through promotion of these principles. They have those Re-use cards  that guests place in their bed  to save water and energy.  I noticed even the lighting is also economical. The resort also initiated an environmental program dubbed as “Thunderbird resorts Efforts on Emvironment Sustainability”(TREES), that aims to cultivate a green culture to it’s employees, their practices, their guests and to the community.

Outside those white-washed walls, lose yourself in the charming art capital of the Philippines, Binangonan. Explore a rich cultural patina of art houses, studios, galleries, exotic Filipino dish, museums, heritage sites, and the Angono Petroglyphs found at the foothill of  the resort.
