LABYRINTH TOLEDO: How to Get There

This travel blog is your answer to the question on the popular maze in Cebu, “How to go to Labyrinth of Toledo City, Cebu and Capilla Santa Ana Museum”.

Cebu is like a 3rd home to me, I probably explored it more than I toured my own province. What I like about Cebu is it is home to diverse attractions – beaches, historical churches and houses, waterfalls, mountains, gardens, and even adventures spots. Toledo City, located in south Cebu is one of the fast-rising destinations of this blissful province. This sleepy city, known for mining, is slowly gaining attention for its hidden beauty.  One of the most popular Toledo tourist spots here is the Labyrinth of Toledo City, Cebu.  This popular maze in Cebu is beside the Capilla Santa Ana Museum. And if you want to know the answer to the question “How to go to Labyrinth of Toledo City, Cebu and Capilla Santa Ana Museum”, read on.

These recently discovered tourist attractions – the labyrinth of Toledo City and Capilla Santa Ana Museum is owned by a Toledo resident, Lilian Yareda and her Canadian husband Michael Overs.  The couple built a small chapel dappled with European Renaissance paintings, sculptures, antiques, and an age-old Steinway piano. There are 5 rooms serving as baptistry, prayer room, classroom, and a museum. Capilla Santa Ana Museum also houses a replica of Pieta by Michelangelo. Visitors can go inside the chapel and museum for a fee.

Beside the museum is the popular maze known as the labyrinth of Toledo City. This small garden reminds me of the labyrinths found in elegant palaces in France and Italy.  It is now a popular place for photo op. There’s a ladder where you can climb and take a photo of the maze.

While you are in Toledo city, you can also visit other tourist spots here, including the picturesque Biga Pit, Malubog Lake, St. John of Sahugan Church, and the Ranch Resort.
