PANGASINAN TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 2021

For those excited to travel to Pangasinan, you’ll be glad to know that Pangasinan is now open to tourists, including those aged between 15-65 years old with no underlying conditions and comorbidities! This blog is about the general Pangasinan travel requirements 2021 for travelers/tourists visiting the province. However, please double check the additional travel requirements with the respective LGU of Pangasinan (refer to the Pangasinan LGU Travel Policy List), as each municipality also has their own travel requirements for tourists. When traveling to Pangasinan, do not that the minimum public health standards are strictly implemented at all times. Please make sure you are wearing your mask and face shield correctly!

Here’s the updated travel requirements for Pangasinan this 2021, based on Executive Order No.0049-2021 on June 7, 2021.


PANGASINAN TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 2021


  •  Pangasinan is open to tourists from GCQ and MGCQ areas only. Therefore, tourists from areas under ECQ and MECQ are NOT allowed in Pangasinan.
  • Tourists of all ages from NCR + (Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, and Laguna) can now visit Pangasinan, so long as they have no underlying conditions and comorbidities.
  •  All persons traveling to Pangasinan are required to register with S-Pass Travel Management System at S-Pass.PH.  and to check the travel requirements of component LGUs before travel. Apply for a travel coordination permit (TCP) .
  •  All tourists  are required to register at Pangasinan.tarana.ph .Wait for your travel pass QR code.
  •  Valid government-issued ID (e.g passport, driver license, etc.)
  •  All tourists of all ages inbound to Pangasinan shall present a negative RT-PCT Test result obtained within 72 hours as a requisite for entry.

PANGASINAN TRAVEL REMINDERS:

  •  The province-wide curfew is from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, so, make sure you are inside your hotel or resort on or before 9:00 PM.
  •  So far, only point-to-point interprovincial buses are allowed in Pangasinan.
  •  All buses from NCR bound for Pangasinan shall be required to use the Integrated Terminal Exchange as the central hub for transportation. No bus company or public transport shall be allowed to use their private terminals.
  •  Travel authority and medical certificates are NOT required to be presented in border checkpoints for travel.
  •  No traveler shall be required to undergo quarantine, unless s/he exhibits symptoms upon arrival at the LGU of destination.
  •  Again, please check with the respective LGU of Pangasinan if they require other travel requirements aside from the aforementioned, or refer to the updated Pangasinan LGU Travel Policy List.
  •  For now, here’s some of the travel requirements for some municipality in Pangasinan like Alaminos (where Hundred Islands is located).

 


ALAMINOS (HUNDRED ISLANDS TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS)


HUNDRED ISLANDS NATIONL PARK
If you are planning to travel to Hundred Islands in Alaminos City, Pangasinan, here are the travel requirements:

 

  •  All persons bound for Pangasinan are required to register with S-Pass Travel Management System at s-pass.ph and to check the travel requirements for component LGUs before travel. Apply for a travel coordination permit (TCP) .
  •  Register at Pangasinan.tarana.ph. Wait for your travel pass QR code.
  •  Valid government-issued ID eg. Passport, driver’s license
  •  Proof of residence in Pangasinan or if coming from other places, provide a proof of residence in GCQ/MGCQ area.
  •  Negative RT-PCR Test result obtained within 72 hours for travelers going to Pangasinan.

 

Take note that for Hundred Island in Alaminos:

  •  Entry is limited to 1,000 tourists per day.
  •  Tour hours is from 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM only.
  •  The only authorize entry points for island hopping in Hundred Islands are Tourism Office, Lucap Park, Bued Mangrove, and Bolo Beach.

If you are planning to visit Bolinao, Pangasinan, here are the travel requirements:

  •  Register with S-Pass Travel Management System at S-Pass.ph and apply for a travel coordination permit (TCP).
  •  Register at pangasinan.tarana.ph. Wait for your travel pass QR code.
  •  Booking confirmation from the hotel/resort/accommodation
  •  Valid government-issued ID (eg. Passport, driver’s license, etc.)
  •  Proof of residence in Pangasinan or if coming from other places, provide a proof of residence in GCQ/MGCQ area.
  • Negative RT-PCR Test result obtained within 72 hours for travelers of all ages

 

For day visitors and walk-in guests, you still need the following:

  •  Valid government-issued ID (eg. Passport, driver’s license, etc)
  •  Register at Pangasinan.tarana.ph and apply for a travel pass QR Code.
  •  Register at S-Pass.ph and apply for a travel coordination permit (TCP).
  • Negative RT-PCR Test result obtained within 72 hours for travelers of all ages

 

IMPORTANT: The requirements mentioned above are for each visitor, meaning, if you are traveling in a group, each individual must submit the travel requirements.
