Bohol has been slowly accepting tourists recently. Traveling to Bohol is easier compared to other tourist destinations in the Philippines because Bohol Tourism processes requirements promptly and they do respond to queries. Also, Bohol no longer requires RT-PCR Test for fully-vaccinated tourists and individuals (APOR, Locally Stranded Individuals/LSI, Returning Overseas Filipinos/ROF,etc).
If you plan to travel to Bohol soon, here are the updated Bohol travel requirements effective. I also listed the travel requirements for Bohol for returning APOR, Locally Stranded Individuals/LSI, Returning Overseas Filipinos/ROF below this blog. Please scroll down.

HOW TO GET TO BOHOL
There’s no direct flight yet from outside the Philippines to Bohol, so your best bet is to fly to either Manila or Cebu then go to Bohol. If you’re coming from Manila, you can fly directly to Bohol. Meanwhile, from Cebu, Bohol is just a short fast craft away.
MANILA TO BOHOL
From Panglao International Airport, you have the following options to get to your hotel: private airport transfer by car, shared van, or public bus. If you opt to take the minivan, you can also be transferred to your hotel in Alona Beach,
PANGLAO AIRPORT TRANSFER (PRIVATE): RESERVE HERE
If you go by private airport transfer, you will be transferred directly to your hotel from the airport. This option is good if your hotel is in other parts of Panglao. Or if your hotel is in Alona Beach or other parts of Panglao, but you wanted privacy and safety.

WHERE TO STAY IN BOHOL
PANGLAO RESORTS AND HOTELS
For most of the year, Bohol hotels and resorts are priced accordingly. If you’re wondering where to stay in Bohol during your trip, Panglao is an ideal base due to its proximity to Panglao International Airport and many top tourist attractions in Bohol. If you decide to stay in Panglao, I have 3 recommendations, find accommodations within or near: Alona Beach, Dumaluan Beach, and Panglao Center.
Alona Beach is a convenient base because almost everything you need is here – restaurants, accommodations, tours, water sports, nightlife, etc. Meanwhile, Dumaluan Beach area is a quiet alternative to Alona Beach, if you want a more peaceful location, this area is not as crowded and noisy, with a pretty nice beach. However, the downside is, there’s not much dining options in Dumaluan Beach, you still have to go to Alona Beach area or Panglao center for restaurants. Panglao center near Alona Beach is also a good base, no beach but most accommodations have lower rates compared to Alona Beach. Besides, you still can access the famed beach in a short distance if you stay here.
Here’s some of the top accommodations in Panglao area according to previous guests, they’re ideal for family, couples, or group of friends. Remember to check the location before booking.

Do we have to individually/separately apply for S-Pass depending on the places we will travel into aside from Panglao. Like if we’re also going to Loboc, Danao, and etc., so that’s 3 or more S-pass ?
Hi, I don’t think so. It depends on where you are staying or where your hotel is booked. For example, you are staying in Panglao. That’s where you need to apply for the S-Pass.
Hello. I’m fully vaccinated and has a flight to Bohol next month so I tried to get S-Pass today. I successfully created my account but when I choose my destination LGU (Panglao, Bohol) it says RESTRICTED and that I still have to apply for Travel Coordination Permit. Then the required document for the TCP is negative RT-PCR/Saliva test. I’m quite confused since guidelines say there’s no need for that but then its a requirement to get approved S-Pass? Hope you can help shed light on this.
Sorry for the late response. You can submit an Approved or Pending S-Pass. so kahet na pending ang S-Pass, it’s okay. So, long as you have the other requirements for Fully Vaccinated individuals mentioned above like Gov’t issued ID and Vaccination Card.
